I've heard a lot of people talking about this Dior Addict Lip Maximizer for a while and I was never really interested in it only because I didn't really care for maximizing my lips. But I read that it also helps with the lines on your lips which I have been dealing with recently due to my lips being extremely dry.
Review: The Body Shop 'Banana Shampoo & Conditioner'
August 27, 2015 • hair care, review
Shampoo & Conditioners, what can I say about them? That I didn't care much about the products I used back when I was younger? Or that I now care too much about them? It was about 6 months ago when I started doing research about shampoos and conditioners. I felt like my hair wasn't at it's best, it always depended on what kind of product I was using on my hair. After hours of researching I realized that it was because most of my hair products contained silicones in them. Silicones. They build up in your hair and can cause breakage, now or in the future. As soon as I heard about that I immediately switched all of my hair products. I've thrown out plenty of products, yes that is a waste of money, but think about your hair. Is it worth the damage? I am not extremely knowledgable in the field of hair care but from what I've read, if the ingredient list ends in "cone" then it does in fact contain silicone. Another thing I've started to do was use a purifying shampoo or conditioner just to clean out all the build up in my hair. I'm not sure if that helps in any way or not, but it feels good in my hair. This Body Shop Banana Shampoo & Conditioner is quite the hair product.

Review & Swatches: Anastasia Beverly Hills Eyeshadows
August 23, 2015 • beauty, makeup, review
So I've been wanting shadows from ABH for such a long time but never bought them because I feel like I have too many eye shadows that I never actually use. Whenever I'm trying to buy new eyeshadows I'm always like "but I have a shade similar to that" or, "I should probably finish up that palette first". But I finally decided to splurge and get some eyeshadows. This review will be a bit different than my other reviews only because I originally bought the shadows Bengal, Birkin, Dusty Rose and Surface of the sun but then I ended up exchanging two shades because....
So I know it's been plenty of days past July but I still wanted to post my July favorites only because I don't want to wait till the end of August to post my favorites. Every month my favorites are changing so it wouldn't be fair to skip July. I would've posted this sooner but I had been so busy with figuring out college stuff as well as my Youtube channel, if you haven't subscribed or checked out my videos then please click here. I've been trying to think of content for this blog as well as my channel which was why I haven't been posting as frequently. Anyways, lets get to the favorites.
Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow Palette, Worth the Splurge?
August 2, 2015 • makeup, motd, review
This Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow Palette was something highly talked about on Youtube and on many blogs. It retails for $68 and the price immediately made me not want it. Charlotte Tilbury has amazing packaging so that also drew me in but as I looked up swatches online and knew I had to have it. Every day I would check on the Beautylish website and then put this palette into my cart but ended up not getting it because I knew that I already had too many bronzers/highlighters. Then one morning I woke up and thought to myself, "you know what? I'm going to get it. This duo better change my life and be worth it." Now, what are my thoughts? Well...
